Punk Not Dead Lolita

Punk Lolita is a decidedly difficult style to pull off! But I really love it *u*  It's not popular due to how easily it can simply become Punk and lose the elegance of a Lolita aesthetic, but we decide to challenge anyway!

Really, this is the smallest meetup ever, with only two attendants ^^;   However, that did make finding somewhere to eat very easy, and also meant we could chat more!

Summary of events

We went to a small breakfast-shop style restaurant based on the recommendation of my classmate. It's called 花嘴廚房/What Day Kitchen

My meal was only NT$80~
Yum yum mushroom and eggs! Plus French Toast
Nearby is an open space called 西本原寺廣場/Western Temple of the Original Vow where we went to take photos. It was originally purchased by Japan and made into a temple, which burned down. It was renovated in 2005 and the cultural assets restored in 2012!
Outfit Rundown:
Top: Putumayo
Skirt: handmade by me
Petticoat: Classical Puppets
Shoes: An*Tai*Na
On our way there, we passed a street of costume shops and the owner of one I was looking at (I could see Pikachu through the window) let us take photos with the mascot suits!!! They had a Pikachu and a Squirtle

My lovely companion for the day, Doro
Since it was a very casual meetup, we went to the nearby shopping district and a manga shop as well.  It was a great day!

Makeup shot
While I can't say we really captured the aesthetics of Punk perfectly, it was a lot of fun!

What fusion Lolita style do you find most difficult to pull off properly?
